St. John’s Prayer Ministry consists of committed disciples of Jesus Christ, who serve the Lord by serving others through prayer. We pray for the needs of our church family, community members or anyone in need. This ministry is built on mutual trust and respect. Trust among members, respect and confidentiality for all the prayer requests we receive.
We participate in worship services by praying God’s Holy Written Word. We facilitate the Prayers of Intercession. Prayer request cards can be found in the back of the sanctuary and may be filled out and given to an usher during worship. You are also encouraged to verbally add your prayer requests at the appropriate time during the Prayers of Intercession.
Prayer is a conversation with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. It’s both intimate and powerful!
